Yoga for toning? Does it really work?
You better believe it!
Since I’ve been doing yoga just two days a week on a consistent basis, I’ve noticed a change to the tone of my arms and my abs.
Not to mention the amount of strength I now have!
When I first started doing yoga, I could not hold a plank past 20 seconds.
I hated holding a plank.
Now I’m now holding a plank for a minute without trembling and shaking.
And thanks to chaturanga, I can now crank out the push-ups!
The best part about starting a yoga for toning program is you can get great results in very little time.
In fact, you can develop tone while your little ones nap!
Yoga is the perfect naptime exercise routine.
It requires very little space and no special equipment other than a mat.
While you’ll work hard, you won’t work up the kind of sweat that requires a shower.
(Even though you won’t work up a huge sweat, you’ll still want to clean your mat off using my yoga mat cleaning spray.)
Best of all, there are so many excellent FREE resources for doing yoga at home.
I’ve rounded up the best yoga for toning videos that deliver results and that you can do during your kid’s naptime.
The videos vary in length and target muscle groups.
Work your way through all 10 videos to continually challenge your body in different ways and you’ll get quicker results.
