Healthy Watermelon Fruit Pizza with Cream Cheese


  • 1 seedless watermelon
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • Berries or other fruit for toppings


  1. Cut two one-inch wide slices from the middle of the watermelon.
  2. Beat whipping cream until stiff peak form.
  3. Add sugar, cream cheese and lemon zest. Beat just until smooth and combined.
  4. Frost watermelon slices with cream cheese mixture. Top with your choice of fruit toppings.
