Two Ingredient Banana Pancakes


  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 large egg


  1. In a small bowl, mash bananas with a fork.
  2. Whisk in egg.
  3. Heat cast iron skillet over medium heat.
  4. Scoop batter by 1/4 cupful onto the hot skillet.
  5. Once bubbles appear on surface of pancake, flip and cook on the other side.
