Almond Joy Easy Overnight Chai Pudding Recipe


  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 cup almond milk may substitute any other milk
  • 1 banana
  • unsweetened coconut flakes
  • cacao nibs
  • sliced almonds


  1. Add chia seeds and cocoa powder to a wide mouthed pint jar. Pour in almond milk while stirring constantly.
  2. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. When ready to eat, stir, then add sliced banana. Top with sliced almonds, coconut flakes and cocoa nibs.
