Sausage, Quinoa and Wild Rice Whole Grain Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sweet Italian sausage
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 cups cooked wild rice
  • 3 cups cooked quinoa

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Brown the sausage, onion and thyme in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Once brown, stir in the cooked wild rice and cooked quinoa.
  4. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Serve hot.
