Nothing could be easier to assemble than this three ingredient cottage cheese dip recipe.
Not only does this recipe make a good dip, but it also makes a quick and healthy lunch!
Gotta admit, I never thought I would be sharing cottage cheese recipes.
For the longest time, I was not a cottage cheese fan.
But my husband? He has always loved cottage cheese.
He sprinkles it with lemon pepper and scoops it up with a cracker.
I just could not get on board.
Then, I started weight lifting.
Weight lifting meant trying to get more protein with less fat.
A girl can only eat so many chicken breasts, ya know what I mean?
So I started mixing extra ingredients into my cottage cheese.
Now, I am a convert.
I will eat cottage cheese as a healthy, high protein, low-fat snack a few times a week.
Once I started embracing cottage cheese, I started looking for new ways to serve it.
That’s when I came up with this three ingredient cottage cheese dip recipe.
Honestly? It is so good I could make it once a week.
Since this dish has added full-fat cheddar cheese, I try to use veggies as dippers.
After all, what is a dip without dippers?
Classic dippers to serve with any cottage cheese dip include crackers, tomatoes, and/or cucumber slices.
Other dippers that taste great with this recipe are mini sweet peppers, endive leaves, naan, pita chips, and/or pretzels.
