Surround this hummus with carrots, cucumbers, pepper strips and cherry tomatoes – then watch it all disappear having pleased all the dietary needs of your diverse friends.
- 3 zucchini, peeled and cut into chunks
- 6 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- dash cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup raw tahini
- Place all ingredients in a blender or the work bowl of a food processor. Blend until smooth. Serve with crudites or pita wedges.
