Guilt-Free 3 Ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
These cookies rely on ripe bananas and chocolate chips to provide the sweet.
Oatmeal is what holds them together and makes them a “cookie”.
I love this recipe sooooo much I have one or two almost every single afternoon.
In fact, I make these so often, the last time I was at the grocery store the man in line ahead of me asked why I was buying so many bananas.
These cookies simply satisfy that need for something sweet that tends to strike me at about 3 o’clock every afternoon.
I only need one – maybe two – and I’m totally happy.
If you can’t eat these every single day, like I can, try these 3 Ingredient Peanut Butter cookies for a little cookie variety.

Why not delight your littles with cookies for breakfast?
These can be made in as little as 20 minutes from start to finish.
3 Ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350.
Mash ripe bananas.
Stir in oatmeal and chocolate chips until well combined.
Divide dough into 8 equal cookies on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool on a cooling rack.
I gotta tell ya, these are best warm out of the oven.
If you don’t eat all the cookies in one sitting, I recommend you refrigerate what is left. However, the refrigerator will make them rubbery, so I like to reheat them a few seconds in the microwave.
