3 Ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 350.
-
Mash ripe bananas.
-
Stir in oatmeal and chocolate chips until well combined.
-
Divide dough into 8 equal cookies on a greased cookie sheet.
-
Bake 15 minutes.
-
Remove from oven and cool on a cooling rack.
I gotta tell ya, these are best warm out of the oven.
If you don’t eat all the cookies in one sitting, I recommend you refrigerate what is left. However, the refrigerator will make them rubbery, so I like to reheat them a few seconds in the microwave.
