Friends, I turned 45 this month.
While I might be aging, I’m not done living. So I’ve learned to embrace the changes that are happening.
Yes, there are times that I look at my forehead in the rear view mirror and think, “EGADS! Where did all of those lines come from???”
But overall, I’m comfortable with the skin I’m in.
Before you get the wrong idea, I want you to know that I do believe in taking preventative steps to slow the aging process.
It’s not that I mind the wrinkles, it’s just that they don’t match my inner feelings about myself. In my heart and spirit I’m still young! I’d like my face to reflect that youthful feeling I have inside.
Since I love a good all natural beauty product, I was pretty excited to be given the opportunity to try Aubrey Age-Defying Therapy Moisturizer.
Per the product recommendations, I’ve been applying the moisturizer twice a day for the last 3 weeks.
The pump top ensures you get just the right amount. Always a bonus in my mind since it prevents you from running out too quickly.
The first few times I applied it, the scent of the moisturizer was strong. My last moisturizer had no scent, so I wasn’t used to a scented product. Once applied to my face, the scent was a non-issue. It doesn’t linger on the skin, and now I hardly notice the smell at all.
What I love about this product is it not only improves the appearance of wrinkles with all natural ingredients like milk thistle, but because it contains golden seaweed, it also prevents further damage.
After applying the moisturizer, I really like the texture of my skin. It feels smooth to the touch.
Since I’m subject to break-outs, I can’t use just any moisturizer. The Aubrey age-defying moisturizer has not contributed to any break-outs since I started using it. It’s not greasy or heavy.
I like this product so well, I will continue to use it. In my book, this moisturizer is a WIN!
I’m also giving one lucky reader a FREE moisturizer to try it for themselves! To enter to win, leave a comment on this post telling me how you feel about getting older. The winner will be selected at random on Sunday, April 19, 2015 and notified via email.
